Damages and Shortages Please inspect your packages for damage or shortages immediately upon delivery. In the event of damage, visible or concealed, accept the package but have it noted on the carrier delivery receipt. Then contact our customer service department within 48 hours so a damage claim can be filed. Please call 1-877-714-9800 or email hospitality@wasserstrom.com. Carriers require that you retain the original box and packaging material, as no claim can be filed without them.

Returns To ensure you receive proper credit, unused items that require a return must have prior written authorization. Please contact our customer service department within 30 days of delivery on all returns. Please call 1-877-714-9800 or email hospitality@wasserstrom.com. Items returned under the original manufacturers warranty will be subject to the conditions of the warranty. Some returns may be subject to a re-handling charge. Please note that custom, imprinted and special order merchandise is non-returnable.
