On-Line Ordering Guide

Use this guide for assistance when placing orders online.

Step 1 - Enter the website • Enter the address: www.wasserstrom.com

Step 2 - Log In • Click on "Sign In / Register"

Step 4 - Add Item to Your Order • Once you’ve selected an item, simply key in the amount desired in the Quantity Box. • Then click the button. Step 5 - Shopping Cart • After clicking the Add To Cart button, your Shopping Cart will automatically appear onscreen. • You can click the button to review your cart and then click if you would like to add more items to the order. ADD TO CART Go to Cart Step 3 - Create Your Order • Choose a Category that you wish to order from by clicking on Products or Rapid Response in the blue bar at the top of the screen. OR • Type a search term, item number or model number in the Search Box at the top of the page. OR • Click on Order History or Item History on the left side of the screen button. • Verify billing address and choose payment method. Enter Payment information. • Verify shipping address and choose shipping method. Choose whether to ship items immediately or to hold entire order until all items are ready to be shipped. • Click on button. button. • Your Order is placed and you will see a Confirmation Number at the top of the screen. • Click on to print Order Confirmation. • You will receive an email confirming your order. Next Print Order • Go back to Step 3. Step 7 - Confirm Order • Review Order then click on Continue Shopping Calculate Subtotal Checkout Now that you’ve placed your order, we’ll have it picked, packed and on the way to you... fast! Congratulations! Step 6 - Process Order • To complete the order, click the button in the cart, then click the
