While this catalog is comprehensive, it is not inclusive of all items we can provide. If there is something you need which is not pictured, please

contact one of our representatives and they will source your item(s) and get your order to you as quickly as possible. Put our professional experience, industry knowledge and training to good use. Chances are we can find the product you are looking for or answer your specific product questions.

Damages and Shortages Please inspect your packages for damage or shortages immediately upon delivery. In the event of damage, visible or concealed, accept the package but have it noted on the carrier delivery receipt. Then contact our customer service department within forty-eight hours so a damage claim can be filed. The carriers require that you retain the original box and packaging material, as no claim can be filed without them.

Returns To ensure you receive proper credit, unused items that require a return must have prior written authorization. Please contact our customer service department within thirty days of delivery on all returns. Items returned under the original manufacturers warranty will be subject to the conditions of the warranty. Some returns may be subject to a re-handling charge. Please note that custom, imprinted and special order merchandise is non-returnable.
